The results of two fattening trials at Bako Research station are presented. IN the first trial (November 1976 _ April 1977) 12 50% crossbred (exotic x zebu) and 12 pure zebu bulls sere fed a concentrate ration, averaging 3kg per bull per day, and ad libitum hay for 150 days.
