The aim of research was to check the efficiency of microbiological and plant agents and their usage possibilities in the plant protection and growth stimulation in organic farming for barley, rye, triticosecale, spring and winter oilseed rape as well as for peas and potatoes. For three years the scientists of the State Priekuli Institute of Field Crops Breeding (Latvia) have been researching the sowings of different field crops using the plant protection agents that are offered and accepted within the organic agriculture, such as Bio-3, Trihodermin, Biomix, Fitoekol, Ausma and Kūdras eliksīrs–1.
