Effect of paclobutrazol (PBZ) on indoor display life of Ficus deltoidea Jack were investigate. The plants in 11 inches diameter plastic pots were grown under 60 percent shaded greenhouse for light acclimation for 4 weeks. Two weeks after acclimation plants were subjected to a one-time drench of PBZ solutions at concentration of 0, 100, 200, 400 and 800 ppm, respectively. Then plants were moved indoor for decoration for 8 weeks. The results showed that canopy height, internode length and number of new leaf of plants treated with PBZ at every concentration were significantly different and provided the compact canopy while untreated plants appeared the elongation of stem and internode. In order to control the plant's aesthetic appearance and prolong indoor display life. Ficus deltoidea Jack potted plant is suggested to be applied a one-time drench of PBZ solutions (150 ml) at concentration of 100 ppm.
