Abstract
A study guide provides basic information and effective, structured guidelines to aid managers of all sizes of companies in designing, developing, implementing, and managing a health promotion program specifically tailored to their respective organizations. The approach used involves 20 elements, representing the 20 chapters o the guide, organized among 4 principal themes, viz.: (1) diagnosis of the need for a health promotion program (involving, assessing employee interests, securing m.). (3) implementation of the plan for delivering health promotion services and for promoting individual and environmental health; and (4) assessment of program effectiveness (data collection and analysis) and the development of summary progress reports for management and science.
