Changes in weight loss, incidence of fungal and physiological disorders, total soluble solids, juice and juice pH, titratable acidity, green bottom, skin colour L* and hue values were determined during storage at a 30-day interval. According to data, Valencia Late oranges stored better at 4°C. Valencia Late oranges grown in Dörtyol region could be kept at 4°C and 85-90% relative humidity for 4 months and at 6°C and 85-90% RH for 3 months.
