A milking machine with the device of quaternary control of milking (DQCM) is designed. Increasing effectiveness of cows' machine milking in commercial dairy farm at stable nursing system is reached by entering of DQCM in milking devices. Milking sensor of DQCM could be integrated after upgrading into collector of any domestic or foreign milking machine. Milking machines with DQCM correctly inform operator about lowering of speed of milk input from each quarter of cow's udder being less than 50 ml/minute. Milking machines previously used in farm in complex with DQCM successfully passed industrial tests during six months (September 2015 – February 2016) in an economy in Kirov region. Analogous cowsheds (experimental and control ones) for 200 animals were selected for estimation of effectiveness of using milking machines with DQCM. Milking herd with average lactational productivity of 6500 kg was kept in both cowsheds. The control cowshed had foreign milking machines. Effectiveness of milking machines with DQCM is established by comparing of obtaining (total) volumes of daily milk and volumes of milk transferred to milk factory (trade). Term "daily loss of trade milk" is created. It means difference between total and trade milk a day per cowshed. Analysis of variances showed decrease of losses of trade milk when using the milking machines with DQCM by 137.95 l which in case of average price of milk being 18 rub/l equals 2483.13 rub of the additional daily inc
ome. Stable decrease by 4.3-36.9% in number of somatic cells in samples of trade milk from experimental cowshed in comparison with control one is noted. Economic effectiveness of use of milking machines with DQCM is showed as well as area of use and perspectives of its further development.
