This study is conducted to establish culture practices of Tartary buckwheat for mass production in Korea. Grain yield and rutin content of Tartary buckwheat were investigated under the different culture conditions. Based on a plant, KW44 and KW53 showed higher value of plant height, stem diameter, number of node, leaf, and branch, and branch length in a density of 30×30cm and 60×30cm. However, grain yields in the field (10a) were estimated to be higher in 20×20cm, 30×40cm, 40×20cm, and 60×30cm in order.
