The yield and quality of new tomato hybrids [2009]

The sort experimentes with tomato hybrids were realized during the period 2005. and 2006 year: Belle F1, Lustro F1, and Optima F1 during 2005 year and Belle F1, Yeremy F1, Monroe F1, and Relly F1 during 2006 year. The total, early yield and characteristics of investigated hybrids were followed. The participation of the hybrids in experiment depended of a possibiliti to purchase nursery plants.
The ekspiremet was placed in the plastic house without heating on the locality Butmir near Sarajevo. Soil were covered with black plastic and drip irrigated.
Weather conditions during the both year of investigation were on the level of lasting several years.
During 2005 year the highest total yield acomplished Optima F1 with 5810 g/plant. There vere not statistically significant differences.
The highest early yield accomplished Lustro F1, and the lowest Belle F1.
During 2006 year the highest total yield accomplished Yermy F1 with 5970 g/plant and the lowest Monroe F1 4315 g/plant.
Yeremy F1 accomplished also the highest early yield with the largest fruits. The average mass was 120 g.
