The problem of digital communications in Yakutia situation is very acute in rural areas. A large area, poor transportation component, the lack of telecommunications and energy – all this makes it difficult to introducemodern digital communication and Internet access. During the summer in the countryside work is transferred to the summer farm and sites for six months rural workers do not get access to the network. For summer farms and sites an inexpensive project external relay with self-powered through solar energy is offered.
