The problem of plant introduction in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been at a focus for the past 60 years. In this study, 19 adventive weed plant species were found in crops and perennial orchards. In crops, we found 6 adventive species and in fruit orchards and vineyards 15 species. Recognition of the adventive flora, represented by some very agresive species, is a starting point for undertaking control measures and preventing their further spreading, as well as for preventing a suppression of native flora.
