As a result of the researches conducted it was determined that sperm of primary transgenic producers has a high fertilization ability (71,6%). Stable and normal pregnancy of animals inseminated with sperm of transgenic animals allows obtaining healthy goatlings with no expressed abnormalities of their development. The average value of gene transition on human lactoferrin to progeny made 26,8%, and recombinant DNA transition from Lak-1 to litter made 30,6%, and from Lak-2 - 22,7%
