The article analyses the main types of existing and promising organizational structures of agricultural enterprises managing. Their brief description is given. Specific features of interrelation of hierarchical levels of management is given. Possible advantages and вisadvantages of their application are presented. The main effectiveness criteria and directions of reorganization structures are defined according to the purpose of the organizations operation. The new forms of adaptive structures are listed. A group organizational structure, organizational structures based on the market principle, venture organizational structures, innovative intra firm subdivisions are the new forms of adaptive patterns. There is transition to the new management model based on the integration processes in organizations, their merger with the help of global information systems in strategic alliances and other unions of various types
