The analysis of the technological parameters of different kinds of grain cereal raw materials processed at alcohol plants of the Republic of Belarus is given. The efficiency of application of new cereal cultures of Belarusian selection such as naked oat and wheat in alcohol production is shown. The analysed crops made it possible to provide not only a heightened alcohol yield, but also its high quality indices that in turn could contribute to the increasing of the alcohol production efficiency as a whole
