Peat soils possess a distinguishing feature - concentration of radionuclides (especially Cs137) and further transferring of them into agricultural plants. Increasing of the part of peat soils in the structure of meadows and pastures directly influences on Cs137 content in agricultural production – perennial feeding grasses and milk. Contrariwise, deficit of protein in feeding rations along with expensiveness of nitrogen fertilizers promotes enlargement of peat soils utilization for legumes cultivation. Investigation of productivity of perennial legume-cereal grass mixtures and evaluation of the parameters of migration of Cs137 and Sr90 into green fodder, grown on reclaimed peat soil under influence of potash, nitrogen and phosphorous fertilizers, is presented in the article. Distribution of radioactively contaminated haylands and pastures on peat soils of the Republic of Belarus is analyzed. Influence of the dozes and balance of mineral fertilizers on crop yield of green mass of perennial legume-cereal grass mixture on peat soil is studied. Impact of mineral fertilizers on the parameters of migration of Cs137 and Sr90 into green mass of perennial legume-cereal grass mixture from peat minor soil is analyzed. Restrictive guidelines of the contamination density of peat soil with Cs137 and Sr90 during cultivation of perennial legume-cereal grass mixtures for the producing of whole milk (according normative documents) are outlined. Economic efficiency of perenn
ial legume-cereal grass mixtures cultivation on minor peat soil depending on mineral fertilizers is calculated.
