The non surgical recovery of 4 embryos from one adult female llama is described. This llama was treated with daily injections of progesterone (P4) during 13 days, 8 injections of FSH given every 12 hours on days 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the P4 treatment. The flushing of uterus was carried out on day 7 after mating. Two of these embryos were individually transferred by non surgical technique to 2 llamas prepared as recipients by a single injection of 1.500 iu of HCG given at the same time that the donor was mated by first time. One of these recipient llamas is currently pregnant and the other one failed to become pregnant
