Es wird ein Verfahren beschrieben, mit dessen Hilfe je ca. 1 g Sinigrin oder Lucotropaeolin innerhalb eines Tages als kristalline TMA-Salze aus Samen von Brassica nigra und Lipidium sativum isoliert werden koennen. Beide Verbindungen besitzen ausgezeichnete Langzeit-Stabilitaeten. Im Gegensatz zu Sinigrin enthaelt das Salz kein Kristallwasser.
