Investigation of plants spatial patterns have important role in environmental homogeneity and heterogeneity evaluation, reproductive method of plant, distribution, competition and behavioral patterns of plants for selecting reliable and accurate techniques to measure quantitative characteristics of plant such as cover, density and so on. In order to analysis of spatial patterns, three sites of species Artemisia sieberi, Halocnemum strobliaceum, Seidlitzia rosmarinus, in Hoz-e-Soltan Qom selected. Sampling carry out along four transect (with 300 meter length) using systematic-randomized method. In each transect, there are 15 points for sampling that first point was at random, and the rest of points were selected systematically. At each of points, plant nearest distances, near plant secondary and neighbor nearest measured, that these three distances used for calculating dispersion distances indices. As well as, at each of points, set up plots with area relative to kind of plant species. Then, count the number of plant species. Using this data calculate the dispersion quadratic indices. Result showed that in each three site A. sieberi,H. strobilaceum and S. rosmarinus, species fellow of random dispersion with trend to clump.
