Although there is more popular report on the different types of stem cell therapies for both people and animals in the literature, but so far there is no published scientific data on the use of autologous mesenchymal stem cells by intravenous injection safety for pets. Therefore, to determine the safety of stem cell therapy for dogs, two control groups of beagle dogs intravenously twice been administered activated mesenchymal stem cells and carried out detailed investigations. Activated stem cells in therapeutic dose levels after intravenous administration does not causing adverse changes in physiological functions of the cells in the body, not the short or long term. Bilirubinemia and bilirubinuria No dog. 1 at the unchanged rates of liver enzymes and normal blood count parameters can be related to individual characteristics of bile excretion.
