The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Latvia University of Agriculture in cooperation with the German Justus Liebig University of Giessen, in 2014 research has started, which will be planned to determine whether there is a relationship between the musculus biceps brachii and brachialis musculus anatomy and processes coronoideus medial diseases. In the study will be included 50 dogs that observe lameness in one or more forefoot and orthopaedic investigation is suspected of possible abnormalities in the elbow joint. Clinically these dogs usually get affected by the lameness of the front, which depends on the intensity of pathology. Lameness may be transient and to decrease or even disappear after medical treatment, but usually by the time it is repeated.
