The objective of this study was to determine the comparative effects of four tillage systems on productivity of crops in crop rotation: peas, winter wheat, spring barley, winter triticale. The main grain yield of spring barley was greater under conventional tillage than either reduced tillage and direct drilling by 6.9 and 12.7 percent, respectively. Direct drilling led to decreased crude protein yield of spring barley and pea, and opposite increased this yield of winter wheat and winter triticale. The highest energy yield was for conventional tillage of winter triticale and spring barley and for reduced tillage of pea
