Introduction of enzymes in mixed feed can improve the digestibility and absorption of feed, substantially reduce the level of expensive ingredients. In terms of production of JSC Stud poultry farm «Kаnаshsky» of Kаnаshsky district of the Chuvash Republic in the period from July 2012 to October 2013 scientific-economic experience on hens-layers of commercial herd of cross “Hisexs white" was held. For experiment 3 groups of laying hens with 57 heads in each were formed: control and 2 experimental groups. The age of the hens when setting the preparatory period of experience was 18 weeks, beginning with the basic period at the age of 22 weeks, and in the end of the experiment - 81st week. The control group received mixed feed, corresponding to the period of the PK 1-1(17-40 weeks),PK 1-2(41-60 weeks), PK 1-3(61 week and older). The mixed feed of the first experiment group was additionally enriched with a mixture of enzyme preparations of amylosubtilin and cellolux, the secind - with a mixture of protosubtilin and amylosubtilin. In the control group egg production on average chicken - 334,59 eggs, in the 1st experimental group - 357,81 eggs, and in the 2nd experimental group - 350,9 eggs. Egg production on average hen in the control group was 79,66%, in the first experimental group - 85,19%, in the second experimental group - 83,55%. For a year in the 1s experimental group was obtained by 23,22 eggs more and in the 2d group by 16,31 eggs more than in the contro
l one. In the control group the average weight of the eggs during the laying period was 62,37g, in the first experimental group - 64,22 g, and the second experimental group-63,07 g. To increase the productivity of laying hens and increase the weight of the eggs, it is advisable to prefer a mixture amylosubtilin and cellolux as joint application allowed us to obtain large values of egg production and egg mass. Proven solutions for the usage of a mixture of enzymes will help egg producers, despite the higher cost of feed, increase egg production and to reduce the cost of their products.
