The formation of adaptive technologies of pig manure processing  [2016]

The technology of deep processing pig manure (PM) was studied in detail by a laboratory apparatus. The following process operations were investigated: primary sedimentation in a settler, secondary sedimentation aeration, long-term holding. The system of PM deep processing is described by a three-level mathematical model. The lower level is an individual phenomena model, the average one is a technological operations model, the upper level is a technological variants model. The research program and methodology of PM deep processing's technology are developed and the necessary indicators for calculations are received. The main ones of them are: primary sedimentation time t1 is 7 days; time of aeration t21 is 7 days; secondary sedimentation time t22 is 4 hours. At given regimes it is provided getting of solid organic fertilizer and purified liquid to descend on the field with Nsum=1000 mg/kg, Rsum=13 mg/kg. The order of calculating the criteria for PM processing adaptive technologies formation is developed. As criteria the economic (reduced costs Zpr) and ecological (saved nutrients' MNP mass) indicators are selected. On the theoretical and experimental data's basis, a mathematical model of the adaptive technologies formation is developed, and on its base the corresponding algorithm is made up. The algorithm is implemented by using the WEB programming in the PHP, and SYBD MySQL language. The program has been tested at one of the farms of the Leningrad region i
n which the PM yield is 150 t/day. It helped to select an adaptive PM processing technology in an aero-tank using cyclic settlers. It is shown that the new technology as compared to the existing one will allow reducing the labor input 3.3 times, fuel expenditures – 1.4 times. The expected ecological and economic effect of the technology will be 5936 thousand rub a year.
