An experimental two-chambers bioreactor with a control system of management supporting the cattle multipotent mesenchymal stem cells (cattle MMSC) in vitro cultivation to obtain a cultured meat is developed. The modular-collapsible reactor blocks are cylinders with a height of 160 mm and a diameter of 100 mm (internal) and 130 mm (outer). At the assembly the culture chambers with a volume of 1000 ml and shirtcameras of heat transfer fluid in order to maintain a stable temperature are formed. The cylinders are closed by top and bottom caps, on which the ports for the working chamber heat transfer fluid shirt are placed. The reactor blocks are connected with each other and with the heating systems and by the silicone tubes through the input/output fittings. The bioreactor chambers processes' main controlled parameters are the following: cultivation temperature - 37.0±0.5 deg C; pH at the neutral or slightly alkaline's level of 7.2-7.4; air mixture's CO2 concentration - 5.0±0.1%; 0.2 bar excess pressure in cultured chambers. To ensure the sterility system the incoming air and other fluid flows filtering is provided, the bioreactor composite parts' sterilization temperature is 122±1.0 deg C. The air and liquid phases' heated system is provided by liquid thermostat with a 2.2 kWt capacity. The thermostat's power supply is provided by the alternating current network with voltage 220 V, 50 Hz frequency. The experimental device's pH control is provided visually an
