Estimation of the microorganisms' consortium with high biological activity and stability to pesticide stress  [2019]

Autochthonous diazotrophic [Azotobacterchroococcum 5 V(e), Pseudomonas brassicacearum26W(b)] and phosphate-mobile [Achromobacterxylosoxidans 5 F(b), Sphingobacteriummiltivorum 6 F(b)] microorganisms with multifunctional positive properties were isolated from various soils of the Republic of Tatarstan. The binary associations and consortium are created based on the best of them taking into account nitrogenase activity, ability to produce antibiotic substances suppressing growth of phytopatogens, the impactson seed germination and germinationability, morpho- and biometric parameters of sprouts, etc. It was revealed that among three bacterial communities, the 4-strainconsortium is maximum resistant to multi-purpose pesticides (Actara, Lontrel, Ordan, Roundup, Fitoverm). This consortium of microorganisms reduces soil toxicity to the test plants, especially when combined with the herbicide Lontrel. The combined application of selected consortium and pesticides should be included into integrated plant protection system.
