Efficiency of Stemona collinsae extract against various stages of Boophilus microplus was investigated under laboratory condition and in animals. The most effective dose was at 50 percent concentration. The mortalities found in seed ticks and engorged adult ticks at 24 hours were 100 percent and 93.33 percent, respectively. No side effect of calves during the experiments.
