The National Agricultural Library is one of four national libraries of the United States, with locations in Beltsville, Maryland and Washington, D.C. It houses one of the world's largest and most accessible agricultural information collections and serves as the nexus for a national network of state land-grant and U.S. Department of Agriculture field libraries. A study guide provides basic information and effective, structured guidelines to aid managers of all sizes of companies in designing, developing, implementing, and managing a health promotion program specifically tailored to their respective organizations. The approach used involves 20 elements, representing the 20 chapters o the guide, organized among 4 principal themes, viz.: (1) diagnosis of the need for a health promotion program (involving, assessing employee interests, securing m.). (3) implementation of the plan for delivering health promotion services and for promoting individual and environmental health; and (4) assessment of program effectiveness (data collection and analysis) and the development of summary progress reports for management and science.
