Problems of increasing of management efficiency are considered for a diversified company. As reorganization of a control system goes, there first should be some activities for the improvement of its structure and the management mechanism. On the basis of the analysis of the forms of the organization of production, it is shown that parallel to a diversification there is also its opposite (dissymetric) process – a specialization
