In work, we present criteria which are the cornerstone of an assessment of efficiency of activity of management companies; this article contains some options of an assessment of overall performance of the management companies occupied with management of apartment houses; also in the work, as criteria of an assessment of activity of management companies, we highlight some groups of indicators, reflecting their specifics are allocated; the possible examples of an assessment of quality of work of management companies are given
