Study of weed control using herbicides with tillage practice was conducted. Experimental design was split plot in RCB with three replications. Main plot was 3 pre-emergence herbicide applications, atrazine at the rate of 400 grams active ingredient per rai, pendimethalin + imazapic at the rate 133+12 grams active ingredient per rai and no application. Sub plot was 4 tillage methods, no tillage, using cluster Tri purpose at 15 days, cluster Tri purpose at 15 days and multipurpose at 35 days and cluster Tri purpose at 15 days and multi-purpose at 45 days. The results showed that using cluster weeding at 15 days and 45 days after planting showed good weed control as same as efficiency of pendimethalin + imazapic application. Using cluster Tri purpose at 15 days showed good weed control in sugarcane groove. While, using cluster and multi-purpose gave good weed control in sugarcane groove at 35 or 45 days after planting.. Pendimethalin + imazapic application with using cluster Tri purpose at 15 days and multi-purpose at 45 days gave the highest yield and no.of millable cane/rai.
