The Authors has examined antibody production, after antiaphta vaccination, in cows at various stages of pregnancy. Post vaccination antibody increase has resulted low, even not manifest in some cows, within the first hundred days and last three months of pregnancy. The Authors consider cows after seven months of pregnancy have not to be vaccinated. In seven months pregnancy cows, the vaccination must be postponed after the birth, in preference prior a new pregnancy.
