There are a variety of regulations tied to advanced power supply schemes development. Initial data for those schemes, according to existing methodologies, are biased to ether electricity or heat supply. Meanwhile, cogeneration is not reflected in existing calculation models. Playing the leading role in energy efficient politics, cogeneration should be considered as a basic element in the algorithm for creating advanced power supply schemes in cities.
