[Residue of contaminating substances (organochlorate and organophosphate pesticides, mycotoxins and metals) in simple feed and in layers' feed compound]

Residues of 44 different types of contaminating substances, belonging to three classes of toxic substances: heavy metals and metalloids, organochlorate and organophosphate pesticides and mycotoxins have been found in 67 samples of simple feeds and layers' feed compound. The research of heavy metals has showed the high incidence of contamination by lead equivalent to 16 per cent feed compound, 56.25 per cent in vegetable meals and 100 per cent in proteic animal. Also pollution by chromium has been very high and it has been seen in the proteic animal meals and also in hay meals; pollution by mercury was undetected while all samples have been negative for the research of arsenic. As concerning pesticides we have found only residues of alpha BHC, gamma BHC, Endrin, DDT and HBC among 34 compounds researched. The research of mycotoxins was constantly negative (aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2; ocratoxin A and zearalenon).

La ricerca dei metalli pesanti ha messo in evidenza l'elevata incidenza della contaminazione da piombo pari al 16 per cento nei mangimi composti, il 56.25 per cento nelle farine vegetali ed il 100 per cento nelle farine proteiche animali. Anche l'inquinamento da cromo e risultato notevole e presente oltre che nelle farine proteiche animali anche nelle farine di fieno, trascurabile quello da mercurio, mentre tutti i campioni sono risultati negativi per la ricerca di arsenico. Per quanto concerne i pesticidi sono stati ritrovati residui solamente di alpha BHC, gamma BHC, Endrin, DDT e HBC dei 34 composti ricercati. Costantemente negativa la ricerca di micotossine (aflatossine B1, B2, G1, G2: ocratossina A e zearalenone).
