Increasing level of nitrogen and phosphorus increased the plant height, number of pods per plant, grain and haulm yield and N and P uptake. Molybdenum also had favourable effect on yield attributes, yield and nutrient uptake. Optimum doses of nitrogen and phosphorus were 35.6 and 61.0 kg/ha respectively
