1985
Seo, S. (Office of Rural Development, Suwon (Korea R.). Livestock Experiment Station) | Kim, D.A. (Seoul National Univ., Suwon (Korea R.))
Sorghum-sudangrass hybrid (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) was one of the most important annual grasses utilized for supplemental summer forage. For better forage production, this experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of the different nitrogen (N) rate and cutting height on the appearance, dry weight, death of new bud (branch and tiller), and dry matter yield of sorghum-sudangrass hybrid. The cultivar used in the present study was Pioneer 988. The experiment was arranged as a split plot design and undertaken over a period of 5 months from May to Sep, 1981 and 1982 in Suwon, Korea
