Results showed similar trend of response of growing muscovy and mallard ducks to feeding of corn-based and palay-based diets with or without the inclusion of concentrate mixture. On the average, ducks fed with diets containing concentrate mixture gave higher final body weight and consumed more feed than their respective counterparts fed with diets without concentrate mixture. Feed consumption of the ducks was greater for those fed with palay-based diets than those fed with corn based diets. Ducks fed with palay-based diets showed gain in body weight while those fed with corn-based diets showed loss in body weight after 2-month feeding period
