Plant height, leaf length and width, leaf area, breadth index, specific leaf weight, number of harvested leaves per plant and cured leaf yield of Burley tobacco were affected by the different levels of nitrogen. Application of potassium also favored the increase in leaf length and width, leaf area, specific leaf weight and yield particularly in Bantog clay loam (San Jacinto) and San Fabian clay loam (Balungao). Plants applied with 105 kg/ha were the tallest and produced the most number of leaves in all locations. They also had the largest leaves except in San Fabian clay loam where the optimum rate is 35 kg/ha. Thinner leaves were observed with increasing nitrogen rates and there was an increase in cured leaf production when nitrogen was increased. Potassium enhanced the production of larger leaves in Bantog and San Fabian clay loam but not in San Manuel silt loam. Taller plants and increased yield were observed in all locations except in San Fabian clay loam
