Functional investigations of apparatus for automatic removal of milking cups

The domestic prototypes of apparatus for automatic removal of milking cups, AZA 1 and AZA 2, and the apparatus Miele LG 1200 had been tested. The obtained results proved that however there were no considerable differences in milking rates of cows by individual apparatus, the Polish made apparatus were much worse than that of the Miele LG 1200. Ratios of milk remaining in the udders in relation to amount of milk obtained by mechanical milking with the investigated apparatus amount to: AZA 1 - 17.7%, AZA 2 - 5.3% and Miele LG 1200 - 2.3%.
