Five parameters have been checked and analysed during seven years. The roots of corn plantlets in the phase of 4-5 leaves were macroscopically and microscopically analysed in sections. Saprophyte and parasitic micromycetes on the roots were isolated and determined. The differentiation of the soils analysed in connection with the natural fertility, soil reaction, fertilizing doses and pedoclimatic conditions was reflected in the variability of the colonization index (IC) level. The variants fertilized with manure and moderate levels of chemical fertilizers which were added in optimal N/P and N/K rations have obtained the best productions and had a low micromycetes colonization index (IC). The laboratory tests showed the favorable effect of potassium and zinc for limitation of the parasitic virulence of the Fusarium oxysporum micromycete on the root resulted. The results of the statistic calculation, where the interaction of IC with other factors was considered, explain the decrease of production under the influence of the colonization degree growth of the micromycetes in rhizosphere.
