Soil- Cybernetic System

The authors emphasize the cybernetic character of soil system and advocate the systemic approach of soil as the only rational way to provide short and longterm planned yields as well as the reproduction at an enlarged scale of soil fertility and the improvement of the environmental quality. Under this conception, the approach of the system has to be focused not towards the improvement of only some discrete soil characteristics but to the complex treatment of specific area units, considering all the features of the socio-economic ecosystem that are involved in. This way also enables to prevent more easily the soil pollution and to better understand the soil function as any means of production that requires maintenance and slight and even heavy repairs.
