The effect of fertilizers on yield and quality of potato

In field experiments, in climate conditions of the mountain Golija in S.R. Serbia (Yugoslavia) which are favourable for growing potatoes, as well as in laboratory experiments in vegetational containers, there has been investigated the effect of different types and doses of mineral fertilizers. The height of yield and plant, thickness and number of stems, number and surface of leaves, weight of the air dried stem, leaves and roots, content of starch, dry matter, total proteins, mineral substances, water and organic substances have been determined.
