Ductus incisivus of buffaloes extended from the rostral part of Meatus nasi ventralis dorsally to open epsilateral to Papilla incisiva. Dimensions of the duct in relation to sex and age variations as well as with that of other domestic animals were given. The dorsomedial aspect was supported by C-shaped hyaline cartilage. The oral opening was lined by stratified squamous keratinized epithelium nourished by a well developed papillary body. Caudally, the lamina propria submucosa presented seromucoid glands with a predominance of the serous end-pieces.
