Interest on feed intake and rations of beff production has been increased by economic growth and development of beef industry. In this study, it was tried to analyze the economic aspects of feed intake in beef production. For the sake of this, I gave the constraint which fixed the environmental factors except for feed intake to this study. And regression analysis were used for estimating beef production function. A number of general conclusions can be drawn from the analysis. Feed efficiency in both experimental bloc 1, bloc 2 had the highest value in 7:3 rate (concentrated:roughage) in the respect to the total gain and daily gain. Substiution rate was decreased in power function on substitution of feed intake between concentrated and roughage. The results of power estimation indicated that the combination (in concentrated:roughage) of 60:40, 62:38 in experimental bloc 1 and of 57:43, 59:41 in experimental bloc 2 was the maxium returns above feed costs under 1987 price ratio which was calculated 1.8, 1.7 in experimental bloc 1 and 1.3, 1.2 in experimental bloc 2
