Dynamics of circulation of some nutrients in soil as element of forest site appraisal

The paper is a trial of using data concerning the content of Mg, P and K in the soils to determine the dynamics of cycling of these nutrients in the soil and to characterize the differentiation of forest sites. As an index of the dynamic of nutrient circulation, the author adopted the proportion of content of a given nutrient in genetic horizons especially in the humus - mineral horizon to its content in parent rock horizon or underlying rock in dependence to the main mass of roots of the stand. It was proved that the dominance of the nutrient cycling expressed by dynamics indices differentiated forest site type and could be considered as site valuation factor
