Soils in Gornja Posavina are rich with colloid particles and according to the mechanical composition, they are predominantly dust-like gley, dust and clay-like gley and dust-like clay. This study has shown that soil texture and moisture content have a dominant effect on the quantity of specific soil resistance. Specific soil resistance also depends on the preceding crop, and the ploughing depth and speed. In order to use the tractor economically, it should be assembled with a plough which has a suitable grasp.
