[Residual effectiveness of Azametifos and Deltametrin [insecticides] on the house fly in laboratory conditions and their efficiency in practice]

In this work, a high level of residual activity has been found in the tested insecticides, Azametifos and Deltametrin, in laboratory conditions. Deltametrin had a significantly faster effect, in all combinations, in comparison with the Azametifos. Differences in the time it takes both insecticides to take effect when used with different additives on various stocks, were not significant with respect to efficiency. In practice, the tested insecticides were almost equally efficient and the duration of the effect was nearly the same.
