Highlights the shortcomings of current economic and development planning theories and practices in handling matters concerning ecosystems and resources conservation and their efficient utilization as related to Kenya. Concludes that a keen look should be on what is happening to our soils if we want to attain all the micro and macro-economic targets for the years to come
