The content of some micronutrients in tobacco leaves

During three-year research of the content of microelements - Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu it has been ascertained that the accumulation of these microelements increase in leaves up to the appearance of buttons and after that it starts to decrease. Highest ferrum content ranges from 284-860 ppm. Lowest copper content in leaf tobacco ranges from 9-31 ppm. As for manganese content in the roots - it was considerably higher than in stalks and leaf and amounted to 72-186 ppm. Highest zink (Zn) content was ascertained in the stalks and ranged from 52-96 ppm.
