[Demotivation as the limiting factor of the development of the social and private sectors of agriculture [Yugoslavia]]

This paper analyzes demotivation as the limiting factor of the development of the social and private sectors of agriculture in Yugoslavia. It was concluded that demotivation is strongly supported by the present system of social and economic relations inaugurated by the Constitution in 1974, as well as the Law of Associated Labour. It was also concluded that there is a need for a change in the development strategy of the country, in the sense of agricultural development as a modern economic branch with enormous comparative advantages. It is also necessary to provide financial funds (capital) for agricultural development and a uniform farming policy. The social and economic administrative system should be replaced by a market system.
