1989
Mutin, V. (Veterinarski fakultet, Zagreb (Yugoslavia)) | Serman, V. | Feldhofer, S. | Kraljevic, P. | Gaspar, M.
In two feeding trials, lasting 42 and 49 days, chickens were given 0.5%, 1.0% and 2.0% of monoammonium phosphate (MAP) as substitute for 1.5% dicalcium phosphate (DiCaP), with and without addition of Benal (alkaline activated bentonit, product of INA-Petrokemija, Kutina, Jugoslavia). Investigated were: body weight gain, consumption and conversion of food, activity of alkaline phosphatase, calcium and phosphorus in blood serum, and calcium and phosphorus and total ash in femur bone. By per os application of radioactive Ca-45 and P-32, after 72 hours, examined was resorption and radioactivity of Ca and Ph in blood, blood serum and in the ash of femur bone.
