Examination of the correlative dependence of particular quality characteristics of broiler carcasses

A very high level of correlative dependence was observed between the mass of broiler carcasses and the mass of drumsticks, thighs and breasts, as well as the mass of muscle tissue in the main parts. The results obtained confirmed that drumsticks, thighs and breasts are the representative parts which are to be evaluated when determining the quality of broiler meat.
